Policies & Procedures
Being a highly regulated industry, Dutch Hollow Arms will always transact in a responsible and cautious manner. This is in the best interest of our customers, ourselves, and the general public. Please read the following policies and procedures carefully.
1. Regarding persons with whom we will transact
Dutch Hollow Arms reserves the right to refuse a transaction with any individual, for any reason. Below is a partial list of reasons we may deny a transaction.
The individual has indicated that he/she is purchasing a firearm on behalf of someone else. We will offer gift certificates to facilitate such transactions in a lawful manner.
The individual has indicated that the firearm will be used in an unlawful manner.
The individual lives in a state in which our business is not familiar or comfortable with applicable laws and regulations. This does not mean we will only transact with Iowa residents.
2. Firearm Shipments from Dutch Hollow Arms
We will only ship to Federal Firearms Licensees. They will provide Dutch Hollow Arms a copy of their license and indicate that they are willing to receive the firearm on behalf of the purchaser. Please note that they may charge a fee to receive and transfer the firearm to the purchaser. This agreement is between the purchaser and the receiving Licensee.
3. Firearm Shipments to Dutch Hollow Arms
The fee charged to transfer a gun purchased from another Federal Firearms Licensee is currently $50. This includes Iowa sales tax.
Dutch Hollow Arms will provide a written or verbal quote for any requests for firearms, ammunition, or parts. This quote will not include applicable Iowa sales tax.
5. Firearms Orders
When Dutch Hollow Arms orders a gun on behalf of a customer, 50% down payment is expected at the time of order.

Full payment is expected at the time any firearm is transferre
